He specializes in management and quality sciences, focusing on business relationships, sales strategies, and interorganizational cooperation in the B2B environment.

He obtained his habilitation degree in 2019 in the discipline of management and quality sciences. His extensive teaching experience includes courses delivered at undergraduate and graduate levels, as well as postgraduate and MBA programs. He is the author and co-author of scientific publications in the fields of business relationships, trust dynamics, conflict in sales relationships, and the application of new technologies in management.

His research interests focus on:

• trust dynamics in B2B relationships,
• relational and task conflict in sales,
• future competencies,
• applications of artificial intelligence and new technologies in education and business,
• university–industry collaboration.

He is actively involved in research and development projects and international academic cooperation.
