Please be informed that the indicated right will be exercised by the personal data controller only if the performance of a certain activity is not contrary to the applicable legal regulations which oblige the personal data controller to process the data.
  • Furthermore, you have the right to transfer your data from the IT systems to an indicated entity and to lodge a complaint to the Office for Personal Data Protection regulating the activities of the personal data controller in the processing of personal data.

We take all reasonable endeavours to protect users from unauthorised access, unauthorised modification, disclosure and destruction of information held in the possession of CDV.

The controller processes your personal data when you visit the controller’s profile maintained on social media, among others: on Facebook. These data are processed strictly in connection with the running of the profile, in order to promote various events, services and products. The legal basis for the Controller’s processing of your personal data for this purpose is its legitimate interest as indicated in Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, consisting in the promotion of its own brand.
