Meet the presenter:

Łukasz Szymański

Łukasz Szymański is the founder of Tokenomia.pro, the only company in Poland specializing in designing digital economies within the Web3 sector. Together with his team, he assists in designing and optimizing token economies through modeling and simulations. Additionally, Łukasz serves as a lecturer at the University of Economics in Poznań, where he leads the “Blockchain Project Financing” module in the postgraduate program “Blockchain Technology – Applications in Business and Public Administration.” He has extensive engineering experience, including serving as the Director of Engineering at OLX Group. Łukasz holds an Executive MBA from the University of Economics in Poznań and certifications from Harvard Business School in business analytics, economics, and financial accounting. His expertise in Web3, blockchain, and tokenization is highly valued both in Poland and internationally, and his presentations at international conferences are widely appreciated.
