LecturerAbout Me
By training, I’m a chemist who channels a hereditary, chronic creativity—and a tendency to search for more optimal, more spatial solutions—into the fields of Augmented and Virtual Reality.
Since 2010, I’ve been developing 3D educational and utility applications, creating new interaction models for devices and immersive 3D environments—especially (though not exclusively) for mobile and AR experiences. I sometimes call myself a visionary and a dreamer.
In my day-to-day work with teams of developers and artists, I focus on usability in advanced virtual technologies as well as on ideas for applying them—benefits, opportunities, and new horizons.
I’m a VR designer and implementer. I’ve built applications for virtually every VR platform—from smartphone VR in cardboard headsets, through exploratory educational apps for Oculus Go, to advanced PCVR product-catalog configurators for the furniture and interior design industry.
I have also created concepts for telling stories about space, function, and history—implemented via WebVR—for brands including Daimler, VW, Enea, and the Polish Parliament (Sejm RP).
I served as executive producer on two advanced game projects for Oculus Quest 2.
Currently, I run my own VR lab, VRysunek, where I teach spatial drawing in VR using Gravity Sketch at the University of the Arts in Poznań, the largest painting faculty in Poland.
At CDV, I teach how to look at VR as a field of art, technology, and creativity—through its components, mechanics, and experiences.
What Interests Me
I’m currently fascinated by the growing field of spatial computing, natural user interfaces, and autostereoscopy.
