Joanna Lemańczyk, Ph.D., holds degrees in Tourism Management (B.A.) and Trade and Marketing (M.A.), and earned her doctorate in Economics and Finance. Her doctoral dissertation explored the concept of Creating Shared Value (CSV) and its impact on consumer behavior and social capital. Her main research interests include corporate social responsibility, value-oriented marketing, consumer decision-making processes, and topics related to the tourism market and enotourism.
Dr. Lemańczyk combines her academic role with professional practice. She works as a consultant at a research agency and as a junior marketing project manager, supporting the development of communication strategies, digital campaigns, and qualitative research. She believes that bridging theory and practice enables effective knowledge transfer and supports research with strong practical applications.
What Inspires Me
In her free time, she loves to travel—both solo and with her family. She most often chooses urban destinations known for their remarkable architecture. She is passionate about discovering new cultures, exploring art—both applied and fine—and meeting inspiring people from different parts of the world.
