Witold Studencki

Lecturer

About Me

He has been involved in game development for many years. He started while studying computer science at the Faculty of Applied Mathematics at the Silesian University of Technology, using every project opportunity to build his own games—from simple tower defense titles to more complex experiments with physics and gravity.

Today, he works as a Lead Unreal Engine Developer at Play2Chill and has contributed to commercial projects such as Permafrost and Nobody Wants to Die. He also brings this experience into his teaching at Collegium Da Vinci, where he runs classes with a hands-on, practical game dev approach—encouraging students to build their own projects and get to know the realities of working in the industry.

What Interests Me

Games have always been his passion. Although he has less time to play these days, he still enjoys returning to Paradox strategy games and challenging survival titles.

Outside the virtual world, he’s fascinated by mountain hiking and via ferrata climbing, combining physical effort with discovering new places. He’s also passionate about sailing, and has spent more than one summer cruising the routes of Poland’s Masurian Lake District.
