Marcin Chłodnicki, PhD

Leader and Co-creator of Creative Management Major

Lecturer at Collegium Da Vinci, Warsaw School of Economics, Poznań University of Economics, and other leading universities in Poland. Member of the Service Design Network, European Academy of Marketing, and co-founder of Service Design Polska. Since fall 2023, ambassador of the European Customer Experience Organization (ECXO) for Poland and Eastern Europe.

One of the pioneers of service design in Europe, he created a service design management methodology for the Institute of Industrial Design. He was a member of the jury of the Good Design competition. He is the author of dozens of scientific and advisory articles and several books.

He has conducted several thousand hours of training in Design Thinking and Service Design. He is the main author of the popular book “Service Design po polsku” (Service Design in Polish), published by PWN.

He collaborates with designers around the world to create innovative services for banks, insurance companies, retail chains, telecom stores, law and tax firms, and medical clinics. He is the initiator of the Global Service Jam project in Poland.

In his projects, he has dealt with brand analysis, the introduction of new brands to the market, and their repositioning. His projects have involved regional, service, and commercial brands.

He has worked for BMW, AIB, Dominet Bank, Bank Zachodni WBK, Invest-Bank, Hefra, Infoscope, Sasol, the National Council of Legal Advisers, KKS Lech, Warta Poznań, Dialog, MiniMAL/REWE, Reemtsma, the City of Poznań, MTP, Sfinks, Volkswagen, Jeronimo Martins, the Łódź Province Office, the Toruń City Office, the Canadian Embassy in Poland, and many others.
