Content manager of the Project Management field.

Trainer of project management and social competences, author of training and educational programs. She trained over 4,500 people.

Since 2002, I have been conducting business training based on my own games and work tools. I specialize in training in project management, communication, self-presentation, leadership and team building. I am an AgilePM® and Change Management® trainer, an accredited PRINCE2® and Management of Value® trainer. I am accredited as a Management 3.0 facilitator.

I am the President of the training company MINDSTREAM sp. z o. o., offering a wide range of certified training in project and process management. I gained experience in business by working as a project manager, introducing new products to the market, and being responsible for sales and marketing of existing products. I led IT, marketing and educational projects.

I conducted classes at postgraduate studies in project management, including: at the Collegium Da Vinci in Poznań, the University of Administration and Business in Gdynia, the University of Zielona Góra, the University of Economics in Wrocław, and the Lazarski University in Warsaw.
