Doctor of Social Sciences in the field of psychology.

I am a graduate of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań (2007 – Master of Pedagogy: Career and Personal Counseling, 2010 – Master of Psychology: Work and Organizational Psychology). In 2012, I completed postgraduate studies in Human Resources Management at Adam Mickiewicz University, and in 2024, postgraduate studies in animal psychology. I defended my PhD in psychology at the University of Gdańsk in 2017. I am interested in issues related to social psychology, work and organizational psychology, competence development and statistics in social research.

I love musicals and I really enjoy reading biographies. I have three adopted dogs: Boss, Rolex, and Ast.
