Rector's Plenipotentiary for People with Disabilities, assistant professor at the Department of Education and New Media

A pedagogue, involved in projects related to changes in education. Conducts intervention research (formative interventions), inspired by the historical and cultural theory of activity and the philosophy of dialogue.

In 2000-2014, an assistant professor at the University of Lower Silesia in Wrocław. Since 2008, she has been cooperating with the International Society of Cultural-historical Activity Research (ISCAR), where she is the national coordinator. She initiated the creation of one of the first integration classes in Poznań (Primary School No. 6), where she worked for four years as a teacher. Since 2016, he has been working at the Department of Education and New Media CDV. It engages students in researching educational practice as part of the “CDV Flying Academy” – together with students, they conduct study visits to places of educational innovation.

Runs the Professional Development Laboratory at CDV.
