LecturerAbout me
I am a cultural manager, theater educator, project and program coordinator, curator and supervisor of creative processes. I co-found the Association of Young Cultural Animators (SMAK), which carries out a number of activities in the field of culture, art, education and ecology (including the OFF Opera social arts festival, the Fyrtel Główna Social Cultural Center, the Active City Collective).
I am involved in the programming and production of social-artistic, cultural, educational, environmental events (fundraising, budget, schedule, internal and external communication, project management, evaluation). Particularly close to me are interdisciplinary projects, combining different fields – film, music, theater, graphics, storytelling, design.
I have worked with many institutions of culture, art, science and business – including the S. Moniuszko Grand Theater, the Z. Raszewski Theater Institute, the National Institute of Frederic Chopin, the Baltic Opera, the Malta Festival, the Polish Theater in Poznan, Estrada Poznanska, the A. Mickiewicz University, Collegium Da Vinci, the Veolia Poland Foundation, Veolia Energia Poznan S.A. and many non-governmental organizations.
I was a scholarship recipient of the City of Poznań in the field of culture (2016) and the Minister of Culture and National Heritage (2018). Nominated for the Coryphaeus of Polish Music award in the category of debut of the year for the realization of the opera “Dido and Aeneas” at the Poznań Grand Theater (2016) and for the Young Art Medals of Głos Wielkopolski in the category of cultural animation (2020). As a director/theater educator, I have co-created performances as well as film and performance activities: “Between” (2014), “Dido and Aeneas” (2016), “From the Diary of a Poznan Teacher” (2017), “Historical Songs” (2018), “Onna” (2019), “h.” (2019), “More Sins I Don’t Remember” (2020), “The EKI Project” (2020), “The Last Bell (2021).”

My scientific articles and essays have been published in specialized journals and collective volumes.
Curious about
I am passionate about storytelling – the plot, the characters, their goals and desires, the way the narrative is carried out, the visuality of the text. I translate my experience gained in the creative industry (directing, dramaturgy, creative concepts) into working with business – I use a variety of tools including practise as research, storytelling, story design, creative writing.
