Lecturer

About Me

For over a decade, I’ve worked with people—teaching, leading projects, advising, and sometimes simply listening. For many years, I was a lecturer at the Poznań University of Economics. I currently head the Game Development program at Collegium Da Vinci, where I combine theory with practice and help students create their own games—from initial concept to finished project.

I also bring several years of experience from a marketing agency, where I was responsible for communication strategies and leading creative teams. This background has taught me how to turn ideas into action and manage complex challenges using simple, effective tools.

I feel most at home where people, ideas, and action come together. I enjoy conversations, digging deeper, organizing thoughts, and motivating others. In my classes, I focus on partnership, authenticity, and trust—without unnecessary pretension, but with respect for every person and their individual process.

What Interests Me

Outside of work, I play games of all kinds—from indie titles to classics—read science fiction, and keep up with new technologies. Sometimes I build LEGO; other times I take things apart to understand how they work—only to put them back together, better than before.
