About me

VCC accredited mediator – civil, family and business mediations; coach of the International Coaching Federation (PCC ICF – Professional Certified Coach International Coaching Federation); member of the Audit Committee of ICF Poland; VCC business coach, university lecturer; entrepreneur, owner of the NEW WAYS Development and Mediation Center and Vesta Real Estate in Poznan.

Coaching and mediation, as well as conducted training and classes with students, are for me a way of continuous professional and personal improvement. I pay special attention to professional ethics, which is why I also work as a mentor for coaches and coach candidates in developing their competencies, preparing them for accreditation and improving their coaching skills.

I have been involved in real estate for more than 15 years – an industry through which contact with people has become for me a valuable combination of business relationships and personal needs of my clients, in my work with whom I focus on developing practical solutions. I like to provoke a creative approach to problems and search for the most effective solutions.

I promote the introduction of a coaching and mediation culture into a manager’s daily workshop.

Practice and managerial experience, as well as cooperation with the business community, translated into deriving satisfaction from mediation, coaching and coaching work with representatives of the SME sector.

I’m curious about

Privately, I am a happy and fulfilled mother and wife. I like a good book and movie, I dive, so I know what risk is. Failures do not discourage me, but motivate me. I am not afraid of new challenges and overcoming obstacles. I also have dreams that I pursue, taking one step forward every day.
