A graduate of Collegium Da Vinci, majoring in Consulting and Coaching, and postgraduate studies – pedagogical preparation, at the Faculty of Social Sciences. A graduate of Adam Mickiewicz University at the Faculty of Law and Administration.
Certified trainer, facilitator and moderator of DiSC, Design Thinking. Agile enthusiast (APMG International Agile PM Foundations) and Scrum (Scrum Product Owner certified by ScrumStudy).
She draws her experience from over 3,000 hours of meetings and cooperation with people who use her help to gain new competences, manage their talents and build their own, tailor-made development path or business strategy.
“I am a member of the CDV’s Practicality Center team, which is responsible for cooperation with business, supporting teaching processes and career development of CDV Students and Graduates.
Our mission is to promote a proactive attitude and build “bridges” between education and the business environment.
At Collegium Da Vinci, I provide career and entrepreneurship counseling and the subject “Practical skills and professional competences” in Polish and English. I organize, facilitate and moderate workshops, trainings, meetings with employers and conferences. I create a space for cooperation with the Poznań social and business environment for CDV students and graduates.
I believe that self-awareness is the inner wisdom and strength of a person that allows him to make the best possible decisions and use his potential, therefore at work I am focusing on people and their potential and support them in building self-awareness and proactive attitude, using a variety of tools and methods tailored to the needs and resources of students.”
