A manager with over a decade of experience in sales management across diverse business environments. In his professional work, he focuses on achieving results through teamwork, always striving for quality, simplicity, and new opportunities.

Since 2018, he has been associated with IKEA Retail, where he initially served as Regional Sales Manager and currently oversees the brand’s commercial expansion and the development of new units nationwide.

He is also the creator of Business Glass—an innovative training project that uses analogies from the world of wine to convey business knowledge in an engaging and accessible way.

What Inspires Me

A passionate advocate of personal development and lifelong learning, he finds great fulfillment in sharing knowledge and inspiring others to grow—an approach that naturally led him to teaching. Drawing on his extensive business experience, he lectures on topics such as strategic analysis, sales management, and team leadership, with particular emphasis on tools and processes that foster human potential and professional growth.
