Anna Wróblewska
Director of Innovation and DevelopmentAbout me
Member of the Management Board for Innovation and Development at Collegium Da Vinci, founder of the consulting company Metaphor, and mentor of design processes
I am the first consultant in Poland to specialize in Innovation & Design Management. For over 15 years, I have been supporting management boards and executive teams in developing company and brand growth strategies, designing and implementing innovative products, and improving the work of project and cross-functional teams.
I am the author of a proprietary methodology that combines approaches from design management, design thinking, user experience (UX), service design, and strategic coaching. I work with both private companies and public institutions across various sectors, including interior design, fashion, FMCG, IT, and NGOs.
I am the creator and academic head of the first postgraduate program in Innovation Management and Design Management in Poland, offered at Uniwersytet SWPS, as well as a lecturer at School of Form. In my work, I combine a managerial perspective with a humanistic and design-oriented approach.
I have advised brands such as VOX, ENEA, Nomet, Noti, Harpo, Kronopol, Leroy Merlin, Classen, ALVO Medical, Quiosque, LIDL, Ministerstwo Środowiska, Gazeta Wyborcza, BZ WBK, Urząd Miasta Poznania, Volkswagen Poznań, Raiffeisen Polbank Polska, PARP, The Lorenz Bahlsen Snack-World, and Benefit Systems S.A. Many of these companies have been recognized for their innovative projects.
The Harpo brand received the IF Design Award, Dobry Wzór, and must have distinctions for its groundbreaking BraillePen device for people with visual impairments.
The VOX brand was awarded the Design Management Europe Awards, Dobry Wzór, and must have for its Young Users VOX furniture collection.
The Marko Kitchen brand was a finalist in the Dobry Wzór competition for its innovative kitchen front collection.
I’m curious about…
A Buddhist, deeply interested in Eastern culture. Being present in the here and now is important to her. An aesthete, in love with beauty in its many subtle and unexpected forms. She values independence and self-awareness. Individualism is essential to her — something she also strives to nurture from an early age in her two daughters.
